May Glamabox and BareMinerals Haul

This months May Glamabox is also healthy skin orientated. Before I begin this months Glamabox, I'm going to review last months April Glamabox products. Ive been using all the products and I like all of them. They all give good results, especially the Phytoceuticals. However, I dont love it , to the point I will invest money on it, since it is quite expensive. I'm nearly running out of it, and then I will learn if I can live without it.

I'm happy they sent me anti aging products, these are right up my street. 

This is perfect, since I just ran out of shampoo. I can use this till I buy full size products. PS the shampoo and conditioner from last months Glamabox, weren't that exciting, they felt like cheap hotel products, also I saw no improvement on the hair loss factor.

This drink claims to boost collagen levels and improve the look of your skin. The first sip was fine, but then the sweetness got a little overwhelming and I just couldnt wait to get it over and done with.



I heard good things about this mask, I never knew that this was a famous brand. I can't wait to use this.

BareMinerals Haul.

 Natural Sunscreen powder, with a built- in brush. This really interested me. It looks like its convenient and non-greasy like other sunscreen. I was looking this product up before I was going to purchase it and found that it has been on the market for years, but this is the first time I have heard of it.



This is the built-in brush. To apply, one has to twist the tube to open setting to allow the powder to settle into the bristles. Once theres enough powder on the brush, one can adjust the setting to Buff, then buff away into skin. 

Home sweet home

Mum makes the best meal. Steak perfectly cooked served with rice and fresh salads.

I love wandering through the museums, this was the place where I performed. Good memories.

Delicious sparkly tingy sweet Strawberry-lime Cider goes down well at brunch.

This is the place to be on the weekend.

April's Glamabox

I look forward every month to the arrival of my Glamabox.

The anticipation of the unveiling of surprises the Glamabox have in store for me, entices me.

This months theme seems to ooze of anything natural, organic & skin care based.

 Mud Rang Cleansing Foam 70ml made in Korea. I appreciate that this a reasonably trial-able size. Although, with my 1st use of it, I only needed a pea size amount to cover my whole face & neck, as it lathers up with water. Initially. it feels as though I have just used soap,as after I rinsed my face with water, I was left with a squeeky clean soap like feeling on my face. However, I didn't experience the unbearable tightness you will get with soap. My skin really has shown benefits from this product as my skin feels so clean, soft, oil-free and radiant.

Glamour Perfume & Fragrance 5ml  Made in US.

I'm already loving this scent. The scent is true to the description it gives me, which is note of Aqua, Lavender, violet, baby talcum powder & white musk. Whats great about it, is that its oil-based so its alcohol-free.

 From left to right, Aromatica Rose Absolute First Serum 35ml, Spa ph+ PHYTO-C Phyto Plus Gel 3.75ml & kamill Classic Hand Cream 30ml.

  I will be trying out these products tonight. If anything spectacular surfaces, I will let you guys know.



Brunch outfit

Taken at a changing room, but ended up buying nothing I tried on, although I managed to find a pair of earrings with ear cuff attached to it.

I wore my leopard-print treasure box bag. Its surprisingly roomy.

Delicious creamy cakes with Macaroon on top from Bread Talk. This is the perfect midnight snack.

Yummi-licious

Happy Easter everyone!!

Tonight I had desert first then dinner. Since I didn't want to have dinner 1st, only to find I had no room for desert, like before.

I had Napoleon mango ice cream desert.

Followed by Shanghai spicy noodles. My mouth was so numb after that.

Comfort can be Chic

I wore my new favourite pair of nude jelly wedges today, just to do some errands.

 I wanted to be comfortable running around, but still look presentable.

Since its a public holiday, I thought I should make some effort, since I'm always in my fleecy PJ's trousers and t shirt these days, at home drowning in work.

The wedge is the perfect height, since its not too tall, that I need to crawl to the next destination and tall enough to give me some height.

The nude colour matches my skin tone perfectly, giving the illusion that I've got long legs.

 From afar, it even looks like I don't have shoes on sometimes, since its so close to my skin colour. :P  I'm in love with the floral cut out pattern it has all over the shoe. I'm really looking forward to wearing these in the summer, since it will keep my feet dry because of the cut out pattern, even though its made from the plastic material.
